Charles Hoskinson Is Willing To Talk About Cardano On Joe Rogan’s Podcast

As the Cardano (ADA) community continues to grow and progress, despite some ups and downs in the crypto world, its founder Charles Hoskinson has expressed interest in appearing on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast to discuss it further.

One passionate Cardano supporter and owner of the DIGI ADA staking pool, Rick McCracken, suggested on Twitter that Hoskinson would be an excellent guest for Joe Rogan to talk to about Cardano. McCracken stated this on February 2nd via Twitter.

This idea was followed by a recommendation by computer scientist and podcaster Lex Fridman, who recently appeared on the Joe Rogan Experience.

He recommended that the host should invite some of the biggest names in the cryptocurrency world onto the podcast. McCracken was quick to seize upon this recommendation and suggest Charles Hoskinson and the Cardano project as a fantastic addition to the lineup.

In response to this proposal, Charles Hoskinson, the creator of the Cardano network, took to social media to express his excitement about the opportunity. He posted a GIF indicating that he wholeheartedly agrees with the idea and would love to go on the podcast to talk about Cardano.

A Long Awaited Opportunity

The Cardano community has been eagerly anticipating Charles Hoskinson’s appearance on the Joe Rogan Experience for quite some time. In fact, Hoskinson himself confirmed the community’s interest in this back in 2018.

Three years later, Hoskinson made an appearance on Lex Fridman’s podcast, discussing his approach to explaining the technical aspects of cryptocurrency to a non-technical audience.

When it comes to someone like Joe Rogan, Hoskinson believes a good starting point would be to explain the use of blockchain in areas of interest, such as the elk hunting tax.

From there, he would move on to discuss how blockchain can improve other aspects, like royalty payments and intellectual property, which tie in with non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

If the American podcaster decides to accept this suggestion, it will finally be a dream come true for the Cardano community.

Controversial Ideas?

Charles Hoskinson, the mastermind behind Cardano, is recognized for his outspoken thoughts and innovative ideas on how blockchain and cryptocurrency can become more mainstream.

Despite this, he has faced backlash for some of his more controversial concepts, such as his proposal to buy CoinDesk and introduce “veracity bonds.”

Hoskinson also found himself at the receiving end of criticism from members of the XRP community. This was due to his comment about the SEC pursuing Ripple, which he attributed to a lack of clarity rather than corruption within the regulator.

In response to the criticism, Hoskinson made the decision to no longer share his opinions on the matter.
